Attempted Apartment Model

After making a draft model a couple of weeks ago, I tested a few materials, surfaces and colour palettes in the apartment space. Throughout the design journey, Morandi's colour palettes, object compositions and the manipulation of lighting had been the focus for my apartment project. His ideology and styles had been tested on paper model making, textiles, tiles and stairwell design. Finally this has come together as a cohesive unity. The final model is installed as per photos below. Afterwards, I started modelling the apartment space on 3-D Rhinocerus software in order to test the uses of my textiles, tiles and other chosen materials.
